1. What you buy

Jumico provides a mobile data eSIM for travel and day passes for the destinations included in each pass. The pass does not include calls or texts.

The eSIM is installed once and reused on later purchases. It can only be installed on a compatible, unlocked phone.

2. Pass start and duration

The pass starts with your first data use at your destination, on the date you choose at checkout, or when you activate it manually, whichever comes first. Each day lasts 24 hours from the start.

You can add days to an active or scheduled pass; they are added to the end of the pass.

3. Fair use

Data is unlimited for reasonable personal use. To keep the network stable, in rare cases speed may be temporarily reduced for the rest of the day, and on networks with exceptional costs the service may be suspended until the next day. The next day, service goes back to normal.

Reselling the service, using it as a fixed connection, or using it for unlawful activities or activities that harm the network is not allowed.

4. Prices and payments

Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider; your bank may apply currency conversion.

5. Refunds

If the eSIM wasn't installed and the pass hasn't started, we refund in full. If the pass already started, we review each case and may refund unused days.

6. Your eSIM

Don't delete your eSIM: you'll use it on your next trips. If you delete it or change phones, we can prepare a new one.

7. Liability

Coverage depends on the local networks available in each place. We don't guarantee coverage in every area or a specific speed.
